丢失了双重身份验证凭证和恢复码

我的GitHub账户名是myinzack（[email protected]），已启用双重身份验证（2FA），但不幸的是我丢失了手机，无法获取身份验证器代码。我没有恢复代码和个人访问令牌。

Hi,<p>My Github account name as myinzack([email protected]) is enabled 2FA but some how i lost my mobile device and unable to get Authenticator codes
