问HN：关税能否作为一种反向拉高出货的手段？
似乎如果你知道关税何时会被随机取消，你就可以以极低的价格购买，从而赚很多钱……或者让你欠债的人赚很多钱……<p>我还没有看到有人提到这个，只是在想我错过了什么 / 为什么我会错……感觉这很明显，但我对这些乱七八糟的事情了解不多。

Just seems like if you knew when the tariffs were going to randomly be lifted you could buy super low and make a ton of money... Or make people who you owe money to a ton of money...<p>Haven't come across anyone mentioning this, just wondering what I'm missing / why I'm wrong... Feels obvious but I don't know much about all this nonsense.
