这件事昨天发生在我身上，今天又发生在我的一个朋友身上。
我们上传了一个文件，提出了一个问题，却收到了显然不是针对我们的回复。我的朋友甚至收到了一个明显是我们城市的一位律师上传的文件（可能只是巧合）。
我收到的回复是英文的，因为我的信息是用英文写的，而我的朋友收到的回复是意大利文的，因为他的消息是用意大利文写的。我们尝试了多条信息。我确实收到了一个正确的回复，但与此同时，我收到了多条显然不是针对我的回复。
我想知道是否还有其他人遇到过这种情况，以及我可以在哪里报告这个错误，因为我敢打赌OpenAI不希望这种情况发生。

It happened to me yesterday and it happened to a friend of mine today.<p>We uploaded a file, we asked a question and we got replies that are clearly not meant for us. My friend even got a document that was clearly uploaded by a lawyer from our city (probably by coincidence).<p>I got replies in English because my message was written in English, and my friend got replies in Italian because his message was written in Italian. We tried multiple message. I did manage to get one correct reply, but meanwhile I got multiple replies that were clearly not meant for me.<p>I would like to know if someone else is experiencing this and where can I report this bug because I bet OpenAI doesn't want this to happen.<p>I'm based in Italy btw.
