The question is What's likely to be the current problem with Library of Congress's library file server?<p>After a day of trying to download a short film, (from collection at [1]) I encountered the download basically stopping at approximately the same point 84 - 87 % - today there were clues the problem wasn't just the hard drive where that one file was stored - the whole service is down atm when actually trying to access an archived file [2].
