嗨，HN！<p>随着人工智能让软件开发变得前所未有的简单，理解如何与用户沟通显得尤为重要。<p>不过，我觉得网上关于如何构建软件的内容很多，但关于如何了解用户需求、避免确认偏误和虚假信号的建议却少之又少。<p>我希望能得到一些推荐，找一些有洞察力的书籍（或其他资源），这些是其他人亲自觉得对提升用户访谈技巧、提出良好问题以及更好地与真实用户互动有帮助的。<p>你们是如何弥补代码/人工智能/产品创作与实际与用户沟通之间的差距的？<p>提前感谢任何建议！ :)

Hi HN!<p>With AI making it easier than ever to create software, it feels more important than ever to understand how to speak to users<p>That said, I feel like there's a ton of content online on how to build, but far fewer recommendations on how to figure out what users want and what to build that avoids confirmation bias, false signals, etc.<p>I'm looking for recommendations on insightful books (or other resources) that others have personally found helpful for developing user interviewing skills, framing good questions, and generally becoming better at interacting with real-world users.<p>What has helped you bridge that gap between the code/AI/product creation side, and actually communicating with users?<p>Thanks in advance for any suggestions! :)
