I'm looking for a search engine that prioritises or only returns results from high-quality/trusted sites and no AI generated slop.<p>Especially for medical questions it's a frustration to wade through AI-generated crap.<p>If such an engine doesn't exist, I'm keen to talk about how one would build such a search engine.<p>Or is the only solution to limit your searches to specific sites you trust?
