I've started my career in 2013. At the time, we used ZeroMQ for metrics collection in various Python projects. Prometheus wasn't as popular and not used at the company at the time yet.<p>12 years later, I'm working on a project to replace a custom pub/sub layer with ZeroMQ in a C++ project. Is there something else you would use these days?
