假设你是一名开发者，以下是我的情况：
编程语言：Python 3.11，Cygwin/GCC 11.5.0，Visual Studio 2017 Community，Arduino Legacy 1.8.19，PostgreSQL 13。
这些工具经常使用，几乎是每天都在用。
至于我安装但几乎不使用的软件，或者使用频率不高的工具有：
MySQL、Apache、PHP 7、Ubuntu/VMware、pgAdmin、Sony Vegas、Photoshop、Python 2、Qt、Nano、Visual Studio 2022、Unity 5。<- 这些软件要么是很久以前用过，要么现在每月用1-2次，或者在Apache的情况下，主要是用来通过古老的pgphpmyadmin-PHP 7前端可视化数据库。
我计划使用的工具：Ring编程语言解释器……可能只是测试或玩玩。
我绝对不会使用的工具：VS Code、Vim/Neovim、Eclipse/Android Studio，原因如下：
VS Code - 有了Studio和Notepad++，使用它就有点违背目的了。Vim：考虑到有Nano和Notepad++，使用起来太奇怪了。Eclipse：对Java完全没有兴趣（我知道它可以用于其他用途）。
我认为这里大多数人都是使用Vim-Ubuntu-Qt或VS Code/Python 3的人，或者在Rust或Go中使用其他工具。

VS code - kind of defies the purpose when you have studio and notepadd++. VIM: too weird again given nano and notepadd++, eclipse: zero interest in Java (i know it can be used and for other things).<p>I would assume most people here are vim-ubuntu-qt or VS code/Python 3 kind of folks or whatever the use in Rust or Go.
