为什么？
RDS/Cloud SQL快照存在，但它们将你锁定在AWS/GCP上，并且价格不便宜。
许多在DigitalOcean、Hetzner、Railway、Render、Fly.io等平台上的开发者没有可靠的自动备份。
自制脚本会出错，恢复往往失败，而没有人会在为时已晚之前进行测试。
