I&#x27;ve been thinking over this and I don&#x27;t think Screen time, clicks, etc are relevant to me.<p>Something like categorisation of conversations, whether the user is happy at the end or not, is the user frustrated, etc.<p>Only these come to mind to me. How are y&#x27;all doing it currently?
