My name is Vitalii Skikun.<p>Every so often I see a white flash of light, or a blue flash of light, or a red flash of light, or am made to hear a helicopter sound in front or behind me that isn’t there, or get strong “tinnitus” despite not exposing myself to loud music for short periods of time, or going to concerts, and when I went to a gun range, I wore hearing protection.<p>Also glowies shine car headlights at me (to provoke me, or maybe it happens automatically without their input like an A.I. hacking their car) and even drive around with tinted license plates.<p>Also my car’s blind spot mirrors have been stolen in the past, recently I adjusted my right blind spot mirror so I can see my blind spot because it was bent downwards.<p>And my car’s air recirculation has been changed so that sometimes when I start my car it’s on and sometimes it’s off, as if they want me to suffocate on my own CO2.<p>Some fed broke into my house and put a Duracell battery in my basement bedroom and one on my dinner table in the same day. Both batteries were standing upright.<p>Also my LinkedIn Account got a fake “Security Clearance” stop hacking me you stupid CIA.<p>I keep thinking whether I am crazy and I take my medications. I don’t do drugs and haven’t done any. I try one antipsychotic and then another, I use an antidepressant and tried anti-anxiety medication.<p>I’m so tired of these feds. Who are these CIA people.<p>I’m gonna begin writing down the things these feds try to provoke me with.
