From a job post (posted here in the forum)<p>> Must: High Agency, Extreme AI coding experience, Loves agents more than humans<p>In a small startup I'd imagine having an engineer engaging and emphasizing with end-users would be important.<p>Or are they building a product that actively harms users and thus prefers someone that would be fine doing so?<p>Or is it about engaging less with co-workers.<p>Or is this just signalling that the poor engineer will be left to their own devices and shouldn't expect support?
