我觉得如今的拼搏文化更加显著并受到推崇。但我很好奇是否还有一些公司倾向于将会议保持在最低限度,甚至不召开会议,以优化自主性、信任,并给员工提供安静工作的空间。 现在我想到的一些仍然以这种方式运作的公司有:Doist、DNSimple、Cliniko、Calibre、HeadshotPro。 还有其他公司吗?

I feel like the hustle culture is more prominent and celebrated these days. But I&#x27;m curious to know if there are still companies out there that prefer to keep meetings to a minimum, or none at all, to optimize for autonomy, trust, and giving people the space to do their work in silence.<p>A few companies that come to my mind now that still work this way are: doist, dnsimple, Cliniko, Calibre, HeadshotPro.<p>Any others?
