I'm the founder of Zorq AI (zorqai.com), an AI image and video generation platform registered in Sweden (VAT: SE070322571401, enskild firma). Our Stripe account (acct_1SQrls7Qarh4FjWe) was closed March 28 citing "unacceptable risk" after rapid growth.<p>The specific issue:
Stripe has stated they will reverse payments to all customers within 5 days — not just disputed ones. We have delivery proof for 37,938 successfully completed jobs. These are customers who received the service and never complained. Stripe is returning their money anyway.
Stripe support confirmed in writing: "If a balance still remains after eligible payments have been refunded, it will not be made available to you."

Being fully transparent about why we had disputes:<p>Our Stripe webhook handler was rate-limited by Cloudflare (429 errors), causing some customers not to receive credits after payment. Fixed immediately, every affected customer resolved same day.
