我和我的联合创始人过去9个月一直在打造我们的初创公司。说实话,大多数创始人在创业初期并没有清晰的方向,我们也不例外。 在最初的4到5个月里,我们听到了关于问题、解决方案、客户、价值等各种建议。我们明白,仅有一个想法是不够的。客户、问题、解决方案、价值和定价的完美结合至关重要。经过一段时间,我们意识到了这一点,并将我们的产品定位在这个交汇点上。 接下来的阶段是最艰难的。“为什么客户会选择你而不是其他类似的工具?”讲故事、搜索引擎优化、着陆页等等,但你仍然没有达到目标。 所有的建议在这里都停止了。因为没有现成的手册可以破解这个难题。 这就是为什么大多数投资者会关注你产品的市场 traction(用户增长)。想法 + 解决方案 + traction ≈ 投资。 在“想法 + 解决方案 + traction”的阶段,痛苦的日子是最真实的,这也是你内心真正坚韧的创始人形象形成的地方。 100条私信,无人回复。 10多个功能更新,无人回应。 50多个演示电话,没有真正的转化。 尽管如此,你仍然在不断完善、打磨,并在1%的希望与99%的失败现实之间徘徊。 今天我们获得了10多个客户,但回首过去,我们无法得出任何逻辑结论来解释我们是如何走到这一步的,因为我们的旅程仍然在90%的失败和10%的希望的错觉悖论中摇摆不定。

I and my co-founder have been building my startup for past 9 months. Lets be practical, most founders don&#x27;t have clarity at Day 0. Same goes for us.<p>Initial 4 - 5 months, hearing all those advices on Problem, solution, customer , value blah. We get it. Idea alone is not enough. Perfect junction of Customer, problem, solution, Value and pricing matters a lot. At some time, we realise this and we position our product in this junction.<p>Next stage is the toughest one. &quot;Why would customer choose you over similar existing tools?&quot;. Story telling, SEO, landing page blah, blah, still you are not there yet.<p>All the surrounding advices stop here. Because no playbook exists to crack this.<p>Thats why most investor look for traction in your product. Idea + solution + traction ~= investment.<p>Painful days are those in this phase &quot;Idea + solution + traction&quot;, is where real thick skin founder persona within you is built.<p>100 Dms, no response<p>10+ feature updates no response<p>50+ demo calls, no real conversion.<p>Still you keep refining, polishing and moving in paradox of 1% hope, ignoring 99% failure reality.<p>Today we got 10+ customers but, looking back we could not derive any logical conclusion on how we got here, because our journey was and still is now swinging in delusion paradox of 90% failure and 10% hope.
