**角色**
FDE的角色是帮助我们的客户实施新的招聘流程,并在快速构建新HackerRank的过程中,作为产品团队与客户团队之间的桥梁。
具备技术流利度和强大的沟通能力至关重要。您将直接与客户的工程领导合作,重新设计他们评估人才的方式。

圣克拉拉、纽约、伦敦、班加罗尔(混合工作模式,每周3到4天在办公室)

The job of a developer is becoming an orchestrator of AI agents. HackerRank is helping 2500+ companies change how they hire for this new world.<p>We've played a critical role in developer hiring over the last 15 years, with 30m+ developers on our platform and now going through a founding moment -- reinventing the company for the agentic era.<p>Specifically, we are changing hiring across 3 dimensions:<p>> Tasks: Real-world tasks on code repositories vs standard algorithmic-style puzzles<p>> Evaluation: AI fluency, orchestration skills vs functional correctness<p>> Candidate experience: Agentic IDE vs a simple code editor<p>We are already live across many companies and it's exciting to see the world finally move away from the old-school Leetcode style puzzles.<p><i>Role</i>
The role of the FDE will be to help our customers implement the new hiring process and serve as a bridge between the product & customer teams as we rapidly build the new HackerRank.<p>Being technically fluent and strong communication skills are critical. You will be working directly with engineering leaders at our customers to redesign how they evaluate talent.<p><i>Location</i>
