Hi all for those of you on Google workspace would you find it useful to have a way to roll out customized and pre made Gemini action flows for certain repetitive tasks like troubleshooting support to targeted user groups from a sub window or Workspace applet? Ie if users get an email with header X run a gemini flow to summarize the entire conversation thread and send a chat message to a pre made shared channel. Or if an external vendor sends an email have Gemini pull up a list of all previous conversations from that email domain in the last 6 months so it is easy for the internal person to quickly get up to speed.
