CoCoMS（建设通信管理系统）
我昨天发布了CoCoMS的版本2，这是一个基于FOSS（自由开源软件）许可证（GNU GPL）的Laravel PHP文档管理应用程序。
CoCoMS是一个现代化的Laravel 12应用程序，用于管理建筑项目的通信、文档和交流。它提供基于角色的访问控制、文件管理、全文搜索以及文档的有序标签功能。
为什么CoCoMS会诞生？简单来说，因为我想解决一个问题！我希望创建一个简单而强大的基于网络的文档管理系统，专门用于管理在建筑项目执行过程中产生的通信。我需要一个可以被施工团队使用的系统，并且能够根据每个用户的角色控制对数据的访问。此外，我还希望这个系统能够轻松访问（即只需使用网页浏览器）并能够将数据导出为Microsoft Excel格式，以便进行进一步分析和展示。

I released yesterday version 2 of CoCoMS, a F/OSS licensed (GNU GPL) Laravel PHP document management app.<p>CoCoMS is a modern Laravel 12 application for managing construction project correspondence, documents, and communications. It provides role-based access control, file management, full-text search, and organized tagging of documents.<p>Why CoCoMS came to life? Simply because I wanted to scratch an itch! I wanted to create a simple yet powerful web-based document management system specifically for the management of correspondence generated during the execution of a construction project. I needed a system that can be used by the construction team and has the ability to control the access to the data based on the role of each user. Also wanted the system to be easily and readily accessible (i.e. using just a WEB browser) and have the ability to export data in Microsoft Excel format for further analysis and presentation.<p>Repo: https://github.com/chrmina/cocoms
