请问HN：你会如何从零开始学习人工智能辅助开发？
我是一名主管/高管，不是软件工程师。我的背景主要是数据分析，日常使用SQL和Excel，也有一些R和PostgreSQL的经验。多年前我也能简单地拼凑一些HTML/CSS/PHP代码。
我很早就接触了人工智能，现在经常使用ChatGPT和Claude。在它们的帮助下，我构建了一些网页应用、Python脚本和桌面工具，以及一个在Supabase上运行的Android应用，支持多个真实用户。
所以我可以构建一些东西。但我非常清楚自己在这方面存在很大的知识空白。我通常能让某些东西运行起来，但并不真正了解它为什么能工作，是否构建得好，或者在未来变得复杂后会出现什么问题。
感觉是时候回归基础了。就像迈克尔·乔丹依然在练习他的脚步一样。
我希望最终能达到的目标包括：
* 构建一些小而实用的应用，适用于Windows/Mac/Android/iOS/Web
* 自动化我自己和团队的一部分工作
* 也许在某个时候构建一个简单的SaaS
* 总体上不被落下，愿意让这改变我的职业发展，或者作为副业来做
我希望能找到一些结构化的学习内容，从提示/上下文工程开始，逐步深入到真正的编程基础、API、数据库、架构、安全性、测试和部署。问题是我找到的任何资源在几个月内就会过时，因为这个领域发展得太快。
我并不一定在寻找免费的资源，也绝对不想要“周末学会编程”这种课程。我愿意投入真正的时间。
对于已经走过这条路的人：哪些内容真的值得深入学习，哪些内容只需了解足够以进行监督，哪些内容可以放心地交给人工智能来处理？

I'm a director/exec, not a software engineer. Background's mostly data analytics, SQL and Excel day to day, some R and PostgreSQL. Years ago I could hack together basic HTML/CSS/PHP too.<p>Got into AI early and now use ChatGPT and Claude constantly. With their help I've built a handful of web apps, some Python scripts and desktop tools, and an Android app on Supabase with real multiple users.<p>So I can build things. But I'm very aware there are big holes underneath it. I can usually get something working without really knowing why it works, whether it's actually well built, or what's going to break down the road once it gets more complex.<p>Feels like it's time to go back to fundamentals. Michael Jordan still worked on his footwork, that kind of thing.<p>What I'm hoping to get to eventually:<p>* build small useful apps, windows/mac/android/ios/web<p>* automate chunks of my own and my team's work<p>* maybe build a simple SaaS at some point<p>* generally not get left behind, open to this reshaping my career or spinning into a side thing<p>Was hoping for something structured, starting from prompt/context engineering and working into real programming fundamentals, APIs, databases, architecture, security, testing, deployment. Problem is anything I find is stale within months given how fast this moves.<p>Not looking for free necessarily, and definitely not looking for "learn to code in a weekend." Willing to put in real time.<p>For people who've gone down this road already: what's actually worth learning properly, what's fine to just learn enough to supervise, and what can honestly just stay AI's job?<p>P.S.: Yes I polished/refined this post using AI, but I first wrote it all myself (the original was twice as long).
