我对全球IT就业市场的情况很感兴趣。对我来说：
国家：美国
我有一份工作，为了找到这份工作我减薪了2.4万美元，从一月份开始一直在申请发布的职位。除了几周后收到的自动回复外，其他没有任何回应，而我申请的职位大约90%都没有回复。我放弃了LinkedIn，因为它在找工作方面毫无用处。Indeed上似乎有一些真实的职位发布，但数量稀少。
总的来说，我觉得我在科技行业的日子已经结束。工作薪资似乎在下降，而所有物品的价格却在不断上涨。实际上，十年前我赚的只有现在一半的工资，但生活状况反而要好得多。

I have a job, took a $24k pay cut to get one, and have been applying to posted positions since January. Not a single response other than automated kickbacks a few weeks later, and zero responses from probably 90% of jobs I applied to. I ditched LinkedIn because it’s useless for finding work. Indeed seems to have legit jobs posted but they’re few and far between.<p>All in all, I think my days in tech are over. Jobs seem to pay less while the price of everything keeps going up. I was literally better off a decade ago when I made half of what I do now.
