大家好！<p>简而言之：你们公司在做什么？高级/资深全栈工程师的面试流程是怎样的？在过去一年左右的时间里，你们公司的面试有什么变化？<p>背景<p>我过去两年一直在自己创业，现在准备开始面试的准备工作。<p>也就是说，我对于面试和传统公司的情况完全脱节。<p>在这段时间里，我一直在进行项目开发、咨询和顾问工作，因此对许多事情仍然非常了解，并且感到自己处于许多领域的前沿。<p>在我之前的角色中，我作为全栈工程师处于从高级到资深的关键阶段，最擅长的是TypeScript生态系统，但也在Java等其他语言上有过不少经验。<p>我假设随着自主开发的兴起，面试流程现在有所不同？我希望是这样的？<p>...我是否应该学习算法和树遍历？

Greetings friends!<p>TLDR: What is your company doing? What is the interview process for Senior / Staff level full stack engs? What has changed over the last year or so in regards to interviews at your company?<p>Background<p>I have been working for myself for the last 2 or so years and am about to begin prep for interviewing.<p>Which is to say, I am all the way out of the loop when it comes to interviewing and what is going on in more traditional companies.<p>I've been building, consulting, advising, etc throughout this time so I am very much so in the loop and feel at the frontier of many things.<p>In my last role I was at the crux of senior -> staff as a full stack engineer, most comfortable in the TS ecosystem, but have done plenty in Java etc.<p>I am assuming that with the rise of agentic development that the general interview process is different now? I would hope so?<p>...Should I be studying algorithms and tree traversal?
Does the coding portion still exist, like writing lines of code while someone is watching me to traverse a tree to output nested comments in a thread?<p>My hunch is that there will be a bigger focus on architecture?<p>I don't know - you tell me!<p>Thanks for your time, attention and responses!
