On September 11, 2001, five Israeli men employed by Urban Moving Systems were arrested in New Jersey after a witness reported them taking smiling photographs and acting jovial while watching the burning World Trade Center.<p>The van depicted an image of the World Trade Center with a plane crashing into it.
